Transformers, the movie

we (my sister and i) watched the block screening of transformers (courtesy of mellow94.7, thanks nante!). the movie experience was superb! from start to end, there was no dull moment. as you watched it, sure you will be glued that you wouldn't want to take off your eyes even in a split second.

MOVIE BITS
Synopsis: Our world will be transformed when two races of robots--the heroic Autobots and the evil Decepticons (which are able to change into a variety of objects, including cars, trucks, planes and other technological creations)--make Earth their final battleground. As the forces of evil seek the key to ultimate power, our last chance for survival rests in the hands of young Sam Witwicky.

Characters:(Autobots)

• Optimus Prime - leader of the Autobots. His mottos were: "Freedom is the right of all sentient beings." and "No sacrifice is too great in the service of freedom." he is the perfect personification of stregth, courage and integrity. transforms in a cab over semi truck.
• Bumblebee - referred to as the "little brother". loves to make friends with humans. a reliable messenger and spy. converts into a camaro chevrolet.
• Jazz - epitome of style and slick moves. as the name suggests, he is ver self-possessed and calm. Loves to dig information about human culture. transforms into modified solstice.
• Ironhide - toughest among the robots. referred to as the "cold steel fist". transforms as the modified gmc topkick 6500.

(Decepticons)

• Megatron - leader of the decepticons. would stop at nothing to establish his empire.
• Barricade - born hunter. tooks form of a police car. transforms as a mustang.
• Starscream - has delusions of granduer. transforms to F-22. dreams to overthrow megatron as the leader of deceptions but is coward enough not to do it.
• Blackout - have delights wtih destruction. Transforms as a military helicopter.

(Human)

• Sam Witwicky - grandson of the person who discovered megatron and the cube long time ago. He is the one who could help the autobots retrieve the cube.

The Movie Experience


As the story grew before your eyes, you'll be wanting more. The story was well adapted and the build up was great. Animation wise, the robots were almost real, however there is slight difference from the animation itself, but never the less it passed beyond expectations. The sight of cars used in the movie were gorgeous. Musical scoring were very entertaining and fits the storyline, especially when sam is trying to hook up with mikaela. elements of the movie are well entertwined. Fights scene among robot-human are very well made and executed. all over the movie, you would laugh, will be in awe, fall in love and touched by the union of robot race and human race.

over-all the movie is a must see.
