I was pissed off bigtime this morning.
Ok naman ang start ng umaga ko. Happy. Papunta ako sa bank, I decided to walk instead kesa sumakay pa ako jeep, exercise - you know. So, yun na nga, on my way to the bank sa Buendia, lakad ako along Chino Roces (long walk). I stopped by at MINISTOP MJL Branch para magpa load. Kinuha ng cashier yun bayad ko, kinuha din number ko, binigay dun sa lalaking mag lo-load. After a few minutes, wala pa din ang load, so i asked politely the cashier for a follow-up. Deligently enough, he asked the guy "na-load mo na ba?" here comes the answer "...NAGMAMADALI KA?!?" I heard that loud and clear kaya sinabi ko "Pakisabi, OO nagmamadali ako!" The staff's name was Marvin. And the nerve of him to lie na sira ang linya ng smart. Sa sobrang inis ko, I just demanded for a refund and I stormed out of the convenient store. Pagdating ko asa Buendia, may isa pang MINISTOP, I stopped there and dun nag try ako mag pa load ulit...Aba! eh wala pang isang minuto dumating na yun load na binili ko eh! nanggigil ako lalo!
What I did was I emailed ministop's HR and reported what happend sa sobrang inis ko!
Nakakainis pa to think na ang vision at mision statements nila ay ganito

I just also sent a complaint against their branch here in Antipolo. Today is Wednesday and the incident was last Sunday. Up to this moment, I have not received any reply nor a call from anyone of them. I sent an email to HR, franchise and 1 more department just so to make sure it reaches them. Unfortunately, no reply yet. I wonder what kind of managament does Mini Stop has? 7/11 is just around and is now expanding. For years I have not complained about 7/11 who has been there for the longest time I could remember. Mini Stop? Very lousy training, very unpleasant staff. I am hoping they will check on this right away before we see them close down their stores one by one by one by one . . .
ReplyDeletehi. yeah.. actually it took them a while before they answered my emai. about a week. and up until now i don't have any updates about the incident. hope they really took the complaints seriously.
